Terms and conditions: #EdenSnaps photo competition
By entering the competition you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

This competition prize consists of four Day Passes to the Eden Project.
To enter, participants must post their best photographs of animals at the Eden Project on social media, either by:
uploading the photo(s) to Instagram, tagging @edenprojectcornwall in the post and using the hashtag #EdenSnaps.
uploading the photo(s) to Facebook by posting them in the comments of this post.
By submitting the photo(s) into this competition, each participant is declaring the material is their own and they are not breaking any copyright infringements. Should any copyright infringement be identified, said entries will be disqualified.
The prize must be used on a single day within 12 months of the competition closing date. We require 48 hours' notice prior to the winner's chosen visit date. Names will be added to our guest list for the chosen visit date - there will be no physical tickets provided for entry to Eden. Further details will be provided at the time of contacting the winner. Please note, visits exclude selected dates when the Eden Project is closed.
Competition closes at midnight on Sunday 8 September 2024. The winner will be notified within two weeks of the competition closing date. This will allow time for a winner to be chosen from the shortlist during the judging period.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Automated entries will not be accepted.
Entrants via Instagram must have a public account. We will not be able to view your entry if your Instagram account is set to private.
The Eden Project reserve the right to provide a substitute prize should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Entries will be judged and a winner selected by the Eden Project Marketing Team, alongside an external guest judge. The chosen winner will receive the prize as detailed above following the closing date. If the winner cannot be reached within five days, the Eden Project reserves the right to select a runner up as the new winner.

The competition is not open to employees of the Eden Project or their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
The Eden Project reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
