1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
- Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
- Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
Employees of the Eden Project and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The giveaway closes at midnight on Tuesday 15 October 2024. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be considered.
3. Entry Method: To enter, participants must follow the instructions stated in the giveaway post.
4. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries from Facebook and Instagram.
- The winner will be announced by Thursday 17 October 2024 on the original posts and will also be notified via direct message.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after notification, a new winner will be drawn.
5. Prize: The prize consists of:
- Admission to the Eden Project for one day between 26 October - 3 November 2024 for Halloweden for up to two adults and four children.
- A one-hour skating session on the ice rink for up to two adults and four children.
These prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The winner must redeem all prizes on their chosen day of visit between 26 October - 3 November 2024.
The winner must confirm their visit date and ice skating time slot at least 72 hours prior to their visit.
6. Privacy:
- The winner’s full name and email address will be required in order to process the prize and send over the booking details.
- Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Eden Project's privacy policy.
7. General Terms:
- The Eden Project reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all decisions made by the Eden Project are final and binding.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta.
