Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Any entrants under 18 years of age must obtain parental consent.
There will be one competition, starting on Saturday 14 January 2023 and closing at midnight on Sunday 22 January 2023. Any entries received outside of these times and dates will not be accepted.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
The prize is four tickets to the Eden Project on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 January 2023 for the Reclaim event.
There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
The winners' email address will need to be obtained from the winner by the Eden Project to administer the prize.
The draw will be independently witnessed and the chosen winner will receive the prize as detailed above following the closing date. If the winner cannot be reached the Eden Project reserves the right to randomly select a new winner.
For winners' details, please email hello@edenproject.com within eight weeks of the draw date. The competition is not open to employees of the Eden Project or their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The promoter does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the website.
The Eden Project reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
