1. Book entry to Eden

To visit us, you’ll need a valid admission ticket (such as an Annual Pass, Locals’ Pass or Membership) – book now. 

• Annual or Locals’ Pass holders – book a free timed entry slot
• Members – no need to pre-book
• Carers, under-5s and Blue Peter Badge Holders – book a free timed entry ticket
• Mediterranean Biome Christmas Lunch – includes free entry to Eden

On Christmas Lights Experience days, admission gives you access to the Biomes until 3.15pm, plus our Outdoor Gardens and Core building and food venues until we close. 

2. Choose your Christmas experiences

Our Christmas activities need separate tickets, so just pick the ones you’d like to add to your day:

• The Christmas Lights Experience* – book now
• Ice skating – book now
• Father Christmas – book now

*If you’re visiting with an Advance or On the Day Ticket on your first visit using that ticket, the Christmas Lights Experience is already included – no extra booking needed! Blue Peter Badge Holders, under 5s and carers are also free. You’ll just need to book Father Christmas and ice skating. Please note, all other forms of admission, including all Locals' Pass holders and Members, require a Christmas Lights Experience ticket.

You must pre-book a timed entry slot* on the day of your visit to guarantee entry, and aim to arrive within 30 minutes of that time. Last entry to the Eden Project is 90 minutes before we close, which is 6.30pm on Christmas Lights evenings. You can check our opening times here. 

If you have booked a Christmas Lights Experience ticket you can access the Biomes anytime between 4–8pm. If you’ve already arrived earlier in the day, there’s no need to leave and re-enter Eden. Last entry to the Biomes is 7.30pm on these evenings before they close at 8pm. We recommend allowing 1.5 hours to explore both Biomes. 

If you have booked Father Christmas tickets or ice skating, make sure you book your timed entry slot at least 30 minutes before it starts, to allow time to make your way from the Visitor Centre to the experience. 

*If you are an Eden Project Member, you do not need to book timed entry for your visit.

Carers can book free timed entry, to the Eden Project which includes entry to the Christmas Lights Experience. 

We will be running relaxed sessions for Father Christmas, with fewer people, and more chance to explore at your own pace – designed for those with autism, sensory or communication needs in mind. Find out more.

Manual wheelchair users with a personal assistant are welcome on our ice rink. Pre-booking is essential: call 01726 811972 (Mon–Fri: 9.30am–4.30pm; Sat–Sun: 10am–2pm) or emailing guestservices@edenproject.com.

On Christmas Lights evenings, most of our food venues serve until 7pm or 7.15pm, with food available in the Med Biome until 7.30pm. From freshly prepared family meals to homemade mince pies (or even a mulled tipple!), there’s plenty to enjoy between festive activities.

On Thursdays between 27 November and 18 December 2026, you can enjoy a luxury three-course Christmas dinner in the Mediterranean Biome – this dining experience must be pre-booked.

We cater for vegetarians, vegans, meat-eaters, gluten-free diets, and those with other dietary requirements. Please tell a member of staff if you have particular dietary requirements and they'll do their best to help you.
