Yoga Buds

A weekly session, incorporating baby yoga and massage that benefits both parent and baby, followed by a gentle walk around Eden’s gardens. 

Baby yoga

Baby yoga combines elements of baby massage, positive touch and stretches and exercises which develop your babies’ awareness of their body and co-ordination.  Movements are accompanied by rhymes and stories, providing time and space to interact, connect and play.  Exercises for parents are integrated within the session which support well-being, including post-natal recovery. 

Then share together in the positive of experience of enjoying and connecting with Eden’s gardens in a gentle walk.
