Enquire about purchasing the Experience as a gift by emailing premiumexperiences@edenproject.com or phoning 01726 811950. You will then receive a booking confirmation email, as well as an email that contains an e-voucher with a code. Forward the e-voucher to the recipient, or print it out to give to them, as this contains a unique code which they can use to book their Experience on a date of their choice.

If you are buying this gift experience as multiple presents, please purchase each gift as a separate transaction – this will ensure you receive individual e-vouchers.

How to redeem an e-voucher

If you are wanting to redeem multiple gift voucher codes that contain multiple ticket types (e.g. adult and child, or adult and student) you will need to redeem these separately and complete different bookings for each e-voucher.

If you received gift vouchers for different Premium Experiences you will need to redeem the voucher codes separately, or get in contact with our Box Office on 01726 811972 (Mon–Fri: 9.30am–4.30pm; Sat–Sun: 10am–2pm).

You must redeem this gift within 12 months. We only release dates for this Experience several months in advance, so please contact premiumexperiences@edenproject.com if you are looking to book a date beyond those available online.

The Ultimate Eden Experience starts promptly at 9.30am and finishes at 3.30pm. 

We recommend you allow at least 15 minutes to walk from our car parks to our ticketing hall in the Visitor Centre. On some dates, the Experience begins before we open to the public, but on arrival, you will be welcomed by our friendly team.

At the end of the Experience you are free to explore the rest of Eden at your leisure until we close. Check our opening times.

Yes, this Experience is accessible for adults and children aged 11 and over, and the tour has fully accessible routes for wheelchairs. However, please bear in mind this Experience lasts six hours and includes a lot of gentle walking in warm climates, which may be considered strenuous for some people. This experience also includes being transported to Eden's Outer Estate in an electric five-door SUV.

You will spend a considerable amount of the day in our Biomes and Growing Point plant nursery, which are warm, particularly in the summer and on sunny days. This includes 80 minutes in the Rainforest Biome – our warmest Biome – which can reach 35°C and is very humid. This climate can present a challenge to people of all ages.

If personal assistance is required for any participant, we welcome support guests. The support guest must be pre-booked and costs £100, which covers the complimentary gift pack, lunch and refreshments, as well as full participation in all the activities during the Experience.

Due to length of the tour, walking distance, style of the content covered and extended time spent in the humid conditions of the Rainforest Biome, only children aged 11 and over can take part in this Experience.

Any participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking part in the Experience.

You will stop for a complimentary hot or cold drink mid-morning, and be provided with a sustainable bottle of water in your complimentary gift pack.

For lunch you will be able to choose a main course meal, side dish and dessert, as well as a hot or cold drink, from menu of delicious options, freshly prepared by our chefs. 

We cater for vegetarians, vegans, meat-eaters, gluten-free diets, and those with other dietary requirements, but please make us aware of any dietary requirements and/or allergies prior to the event by contacting premiumexperiences@edenproject.com.

As part of this Experience, you'll receive some sustainable gifts including an Eden tote bag, an Eden-grown plant, drink voucher, a sustainable water bottle and one Eden guide book per booking. 

Make sure you wear comfortable flat shoes that are suitable for a day of walking, as well as layers so that you are prepared for a variety of temperatures – the Rainforest Biome can reach 35˚C and is very humid. We'd also recommend a waterproof coat, as part of the tour is outdoors and the Cornish weather can be a little unpredictable! Don't forget suncream and a hat in hot weather.

This Immersive Experience can be booked by up-to four people (aged 11 and over) per day. If there are less than four of you in your group, you will need to book all four slots to have it as a private experience.
