Yoga Buds
A session incorporating baby yoga and massage that benefits both parent and baby, followed by an optional gentle walk around Eden Project’s gardens.
Including songs and rhymes, calming and energising movements, you and your baby will also benefit from spending time in a green space. These sessions are for babies from 12 weeks to 1 year, with their accompanying adult.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to run today's class - Monday 21 September - due to staff illness. We hope to be back next week.

These sessions are suitable for babies from twelve weeks until they are mobile, accompanied by their parents and/or carers. Mother and baby must have been cleared as safe to exercise by a doctor or health professional before attending, and have had their post-natal check.
Thanks to funding, we are able to offer spaces for free to families referred by social prescribers, health visitors, health professionals and early years support workers. Please contact natureconnections@edenproject.com for more information and to book.

Yoga Buds takes place in the Citrus Grove in the Med Biome. Please leave plenty of time to walk down to the Med Biome from the Visitors Centre. You’ll receive further instructions with your booking confirmation. Please dress for the weather, as the walk is outdoors and be aware that temperatures in the Med Biome fluctuate; it can be very warm on a hot day and very cold when it’s cloudy.
Click on the booking link and select the date for your session. Each session costs £8.50 which includes 1hr of class time and entry to Eden Project.
