Overview

The planet is facing an unprecedented climate and ecological crisis. As governments, businesses and individuals take decisive action of the necessary scale and speed, schools and education will need to swiftly follow suit to prepare our young people with the skills, knowledge and agency they need to thrive in this changing world. 

Taking inspiration from Eden founder Tim Smit, and other experts in the field of sustainability leadership, this highly successful and timely programme equips teachers for a school sustainability  leadership role, helping to sustain their school community, themselves and the planet. Open to all educators keen to develop their leadership journey.

The programme brings participants into an online learning community through which you will gain clarity over purpose, build confidence and expertise in areas of uncertainty and complexity, and understand your personal and collective agency in a rapidly changing world.
