What is it?

The Nature Of Leadership is the HotHouse flagship, fully catered, residential programme that takes you on a four-day immersive journey into the natural world and back to your own true nature.

It is designed as a mixed sex and gender programme.

Without giving too much away you can expect - exclusive access to the Rainforest Biome, a trip to the beach, walks in the woods, time alone in nature, open discussion, an abundance of scrummy vegetarian food, and your own room in our on-site accommodation.

Meet the facilitators

Richard Good

Richard Good

Rich is a coach and facilitator who brings 30 years of experience designing and delivering transformational experiences for individuals and groups at all levels of an organisation. His practice has evolved from training with Earth Wisdom Teachers and combining knowledge from Eastern and Western philosophies. 

Pam Horton

Pam Horton

With a background in environmental education and conservation, and extensive experience designing and delivering the Eden Project's experiential learning programmes, Pam has a passion for helping people learn from nature. Having worked with everyone from schoolchildren to CEOs, she loves to explore new, innovative approaches to teaching and learning, and believes that engaging the head and the heart is key to motivating people to embrace change – whatever their age or walk of life!
