Discover the magic of minibeasts

Don't miss our magnificent minibeast show presented by our friends at ZooLab. Be brave and get up close to some of Earth’s small but mighty animals – from giant African snails to Chilean tarantulas. Shows will happen daily in the Citrus (Med Biome) at 11am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm. These are drop-in shows that do not require pre-booking.

Explore our Bug Fair and take part in activities to entertain the whole family, from sticky spider slingshots and slimy snail racing, to teeny tiny crafts. Our Bug Fair will be open from 10.30am - 4pm in the Arena.

All these activities are free with a Locals' Pass or general admission.

Head on a mega-beast safari

Trek through our Rainforest Biome on an adventure to discover some not-so-mini-beasts created by cardboard sculptors Studio ROOF. From the sound of the ghost crab's grinding teeth found in its guts, to the sticky web of the orb weaver spider – are you fearless enough to find them all on our wondrous trail through the tropics?
