Katey Adderley

Katey is an experienced non-executive director and advisor focused on positive social impact. Her early career included strategy consulting and consumer goods, but principally private equity as a partner in one of Europe’s most successful buyout businesses.

Later, while raising a family, she completed a Masters in Health Economics and was a non-executive director of a London NHS hospital for six years and a University for three, chairing the Audit Committees of both.

More recently she has advised and invested in social impact businesses, notably as Director of First Person Ltd, a pioneer in re-useable bamboo coffee cups, managing rapid growth and raising new equity.

Closer to home in Hertfordshire, Katey is a Trustee of a local youth project and a hospice volunteer where she also sits on a board governance committee.

She holds an Economics Degree from Cambridge, an MA in Health Economics, is a qualified Management Accountant and Chartered Director.
