4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced by Wednesday 10 December 2025 on the original post and will also be notified via direct message if possible.

5. Prize:

• The prize consists of the following:
• One Eden Project Christmas bear toy as featured in our 12 days of Christmas promotional campaign  
• Entry to Eden’s Christmas Lights for up to 2 adults and 2 children
• A visit to Eden’s ice skating rink for up to 2 adults and 2 children
• The winner must confirm their chosen day of visit to the Eden Project’s Christmas Lights Experience and Ice Skating at least seven days ahead of their visit.  
• Christmas activities must be claimed on dates the activity is available between 21 Nov 2025 – 4 January.
• The prize includes entry to the Eden Project’s Christmas Lights on the same day as the ice skating tickets are redeemed.
• The cuddly toy must be collected during your booked visit.
• Children aged 8-13 years must have a parent or guardian available either on the ice or around the rink. Children aged 7 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the ice. Children under 18 months old are not permitted to skate during general skate sessions.  
• Skating aids are subject to availability and must be booked in advanced when you redeem your prize.
• These prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• The winner’s full name, email address, postal address and contact number may be required in order to process the prize and send booking details.

• The Premium Experience isn’t private and you may be joined by up to 8 people.  
• The Premium Experience must by claimed by 31 December 2026.

• The Pass allows unlimited access to the Eden Project and this includes seasonal events such as Summer, Halloweden, and more. The prize does not include activities which incur an additional fee to admission, such as Sessions, ice skating, Christmas Lights Experience and Father Christmas.
• These prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• If the winner is selected and has already purchased a Locals' Pass for 2025/2026, we will reimburse the cost of your Pass, up to the value of £82.
• The winner is required to book a (free) timed entry slot for every visit to the Eden Project.
• The usual terms and conditions of a Locals Pass holder also apply to the winner.

• Hangloose’s night flight experience must be redeemed on a day that the experience is available. There is a minimum age of 8 and minimum weight of 30kg to take part in Hangloose’s activities.
• These prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• If the winner requires tickets for more than two adults and two children, they must pay for standard admission, Father Christmas at their own cost.
• Ice skating sessions are also available to book at their own cost.
