A stellar line-up of special guest acts has been announced by the Eden Project for the remaining 2023 Eden Sessions.

Heading up the star-studded list of performers is Miles Kane, who will be the special guest when renowned Leicester rockers Kasabian take to the Sessions stage on Saturday July 1.

Miles Kane's raw, pop-driven indie is made for festival stages. Formerly a member of The Little Flames, The Rascals and The Last Shadow Puppets, Miles has released four albums since 2011 as a solo artist. His blistering new album One Man Band will be out on August 4 on Modern Sky Records.

Joining platinum-selling, multi-talented Anne-Marie on Friday July 7 will be Rachel Chinouriri. With 22 million streams to date, Rachel Chinouriri is fast making a name for herself as an ambassador of heartfelt indie, soothing her listeners with intimate, emotional storytelling. The critical success of 2021’s Four° in Winter marked out her capabilities as a stylistic amalgamator, but new project Better Off Without marks a return to her first genre love, balancing the sadness of heartbreak with summery choruses of hope.

Legendary rock band The Who will play the Eden Sessions on Tuesday July 25. They will be joined by Simon Townshend. Simon was born with music in his blood. The son of England’s top big-band reed man, Cliff Townshend, and younger brother of The Who legend Pete Townshend, Simon has been recording and performing since the age of nine, when he was recruited to add vocals to The Who classic Tommy. Although the Townshend name is familiar, Simon’s music has its own original sound and his song writing plunders great depths and returns with unique compelling narratives set against haunting melodies.

Previously announced special guests for the Eden Sessions are Beth Orton who joins The War on Drugs on Sunday June 18, Hollie Cook who will perform at the Jack Johnson show on Friday June 23, Far From Saints and Lealani who take of the stage at the Incubus gig on Saturday June 24 and DJ Mike Pickering who joins Pet Shop Boys at their session on Wednesday June 28.

Rita Broe, Managing Director of Eden Sessions Ltd, said: “We’re delighted to have had a brilliant start to this season’s Eden Sessions with fantastic acts, amazing audiences and brilliant weather combining for some truly memorable shows.

“We’re excited to now confirm our full line-up of special guests for what we are sure will be more iconic gigs over the coming weeks. We look forward to seeing you there.”
