The show comes as Gabrielle celebrates 30 years since the release of her debut single Dreams which spent three weeks at number one in the summer of 1993.
Her second number one single, Rise, followed in 2000 and was embraced by fans as an anthem that helped inspire them to keep the faith that better days would follow.
Gabrielle’s catalogue of hits includes a further eight Top 10 hits, notably Out Of Reach which featured in Bridget Jones’s Diary, If You Ever with East 17 and Give Me A Little More Time.
That success extended to albums too. Her 1999 number one album Rise was one of the most successful of the era and has been certified 4 x Platinum, a status matched by the compilation Dreams Can Come True, Greatest Hits. In total, six of her albums have reached the Top 10, including 2018’s Under My Skin.
Gabrielle’s popularity was matched by a succession of major awards. Highlights included BRIT Awards for Best British Female and Best British Breakthrough as well as MOBO Awards for Best Single for Give Me A Little More Time and Best Album for Rise.
After being nominated on five separate occasions, she won her first Ivor Novello Award in 2008 when she was honoured with the prestigious accolade for Outstanding Song Collection.
After earning a new generation of fans during her show-stealing performances on the 2021 edition of The Masked Singer, Gabrielle’s resurgence continued when her album Do It Again flew into the charts at number four - her highest chart position in almost 20 years. Gabrielle’s well-deserved era of rediscovery continues.
In July (2022), Gabrielle joined Adele as special guest at her two huge sold-out BST Hyde Park shows. Adele personally chose Gabrielle for both shows, in the process cementing their shared mutual admiration.

Also announced to play this year’s Eden Sessions are viral rock sensation Yungblud (June 10), top USA rockers The War on Drugs (June 18), much-loved American singer-songwriter Jack Johnson (June 23) and the iconic Pet Shop Boys (June 28).
In September 2019 the Eden Project and global live events company AEG Presents announced a new partnership, Eden Sessions Ltd, to run the Eden Sessions.
In September 2021 Volvo Car UK announced a new three-year partnership as the Official Automotive Partner of the Eden Project and the Eden Sessions music concerts, a deal brokered by AEG Global Partnerships.
