The rock duo will play at the home of the famous Biomes on September 14, 2021. Liverpool trio The Mysterines will be special guests at the show.

The show marks a triumphant return to the Eden Sessions for Royal Blood. They previously took to the stage for a highly praised, sold-out performance in 2017.

Rita Broe, Managing Director of Eden Sessions Ltd, said today: “We can’t wait for Royal Blood to return to the Eden Sessions.

“Their previous appearance was a fabulous show, one of the best we’ve ever staged, and we’re sure this will be another unforgettable night.”

Tickets for Royal Blood cost £40 plus £4.80 booking fee and are now on sale to members of Inside Track.

Tickets go on general sale at 5pm on Friday August 13 at www.edenproject.com.

As well as going straight to number one in the UK, Royal Blood’s current album Typhoons has made a major impact across Europe. It topped the charts in Ireland while also achieving Top 10 positions in countries such as Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

The success of Typhoons heralds an exciting new era for Royal Blood, who are firmly established as one of rock’s biggest and most vital bands. They have completed a phenomenal hat-trick in which all three of their studio albums have immediately topped the UK album charts, a streak that commenced with their self-titled debut (2014) and then How Did We Get So Dark? (2017).

To date, they have achieved two million global sales, and won the BRIT Award for Best British Group, two NME Awards and a Kerrang! Award. Their debut album was also nominated for the Mercury Prize.

Everything about Typhoons has suggested that the album will continue to elevate Royal Blood’s status as one of the leading lights in the international rock scene.

The Mysterines are Lia Metcalfe (vocals and guitar), George Favager (bass) and Chrissy Moore (drums). They released the single In My Head earlier this year, following the release of their second EP Love’s Not Enough in 2020.

For the series of Sessions later this year, Eden has previously announced Ben Howard (appearing on September 11), McFly (September 12), Snow Patrol (September 16), The Script (Sept 17), and IDLES (September 18). Arena tickets and Sessions Plus packages are still available for the Ben Howard, The Script and IDLES concerts. A limited number of Sessions Plus packages are available for McFly and Snow Patrol.

Already confirmed the 2022 Eden Sessions are My Chemical Romance, who will take the stage on May 17, 2022 (sold out), Lionel Richie who will play on June 14, 2022, and Bryan Adams on June 29, 2022.

Arena tickets for the Lionel Richie and Bryan Adams shows are sold out. A limited number of Sessions Plus packages are available for these two Sessions.

In September 2019 the Eden Project and global live events company AEG Presents announced a new partnership, Eden Sessions Ltd, to run the Eden Sessions.
