• This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Automated entries will not be accepted. 
• Competition closes at 6pm on 2 June 2024. The winner will be notified within seven days of the competition closing. 
• The prize consists of a Tom Gates goodie bag which includes; a Tom Gates Colourmania colouring kit and a copy of Tom Gates Book of Everything.
• The Eden Project reserve the right to provide a substitute prize should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. 
• The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The draw will be independently witnessed and the chosen will receive the prize as detailed above following the closing date. If the winner cannot be reached within seven days the Eden Project reserves the right to randomly select a new winner.
• For winners' details, please email hello@edenproject.com within eight weeks of the draw date. The competition is not open to employees of the Eden Project, or their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.
