Yes! We'd be delighted to welcome you as an Eden Project Patron. Please email patrons@edenproject.com and we'll take things from there. 

If your card has been lost or stolen, or has gained wear and tear, we can provide a replacement. Please contact us via the form on this page so we can arrange for a new card to be sent to you. In the meantime we can provide you with your Membership card number so that you can continue to visit and claim your discounts.

Please email the Membership team on members@edenproject.com with your unique voucher code and your contact details, including your postal address and phone number. Please note that vouchers must be redeemed at least one working day before a planned visit to Eden. Vouchers cannot be redeemed on site. 

• Those with Individual or Joint Membership are entitled to free entry for one family guest each per visit.
• Those with Individual Family Membership are entitled to free entry for one family guest each, and up to 3 family children (aged 5-16) per visit.
• Those with Joint Family Membership are entitled to free entry for one family guest each, and up to 3 family children (aged 5-16) in total per visit i.e. whether the two named Members visit together or separately, free entry is offered for up to 3 family children.

Please note that your guest entitlement (which is also printed on your Membership card) is non-transferable i.e. if you have a Joint Membership and the other named Member is not present, you cannot get free entry for their guest.

Your guests must also be with you when you arrive – they will not be allowed entry without you. 

For Gift Aid purposes, we are required by HMRC to state that a guest must be a member of the family by either blood or marriage. However, they also recognize that we at Eden “cannot be expected to check or verify the identity and relation of guests to Members”. We will not require proof of who your guests are in relation to you, and you will not be challenged on the relationship status of your guests.

If you pay by Direct Debit we will send your advance notice reminder by email, which will confirm the date and amount of your Direct Debit. Please contact us via the form on this page to confirm or update your contact details, or if you would like to make any changes, for example to your Membership type or payment date. Once you have renewed we will send out your new Membership card(s) and windscreen sticker out in the post within a few weeks. 

If you do not have an active Direct Debit, we will email and/or write to you a few weeks before your Membership is due for renewal to remind you and invite you to renew. You can renew your Membership online or return the form supplied with your letter. If you opt to renew by Direct Debit you will benefit from our generous Direct Debit discount and help to reduce our administration costs.

Yes! Only available to renewing members. 

As a way to show our thanks and appreciation to renewing members, you can now set up a Monthly Direct Debit. A great way to spread the cost into 12 affordable amounts.

If your Membership is about to renew by Direct Debit and we have already sent you a reminder email, please contact us via the form on this page so we can amend your details and update the value of your Direct Debit.

If you have received a reminder email or letter and you don't already pay by Direct Debit, simply choose the new Membership type on the reverse of your letter and supply any new additional details. If you are part-way through your Membership year and wish to add a Member, we will ask for a pro-rata payment to cover the difference in Membership value, and will provide you with an additional Membership card. Please contact us to discuss.

Please contact us via the form on this page, referencing your Membership card number and/or your old postal/email address, and we will reply to confirm once we have updated your record.

Eden Project Members, and their guests*, no longer need to pre-book timed entry to visit Eden, so you’re free to visit whenever you like! But some additional activities and events – such as Nature’s Playground, ice-skating and Father Christmas – may still require pre-booking.

Please ensure you bring along your Membership card or booking reference number to be scanned upon entry. Your guests must also be with you when you arrive – they will not be allowed entry without you. 

*If visiting us with additional guests, which fall outside of your normal Membership allowance, you will need to pre-book them a time slot online and we'd recommend buying tickets in advance for best value.

Membership cards are strictly non transferable so please do not offer them for someone else to use. We may ask for proof of ID upon entry or some Members will have an identity photograph stored on our system. All Members are entitled to bring a free family guest with them on every visit and we absolutely encourage you to introduce Eden to your friends and family – but you do need to be in attendance and accompany your guest when they visit.

Please also note that Eden Project Family Membership is not valid in conjunction with School visits.

New Members: 

Please quote your booking reference from your confirmation email when you arrive at our Visitor Centre. If you ask for your receipt to be printed at our admissions kiosk, this will include your temporary Membership card – please keep this safe as you will need to show it to claim your 10% discount in our shops and cafés. Please always show your Membership card/receipt before paying so your discount can be applied.

You should receive your Membership welcome pack within two-three weeks of joining, which includes your Membership handbook, windscreen sticker and eco-friendly Membership card.

Existing Members:

Please present your Membership card for scanning upon entry. If your card has recently expired we will send a new one to you soon. In the meantime, please quote your Membership card number or bring along an expired card as this can still be used to check and verify your details for entry at admissions and discounts on our hospitality and retail systems.

All:

Please note that Membership cards and benefits are non-transferable so please do not offer your card to someone else for them to attempt to gain free entry or claim your discount on their purchases.

Members' car parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis for Members only in the Orange car parks. Please note that if your guests are arriving separately, they will be directed to the next available car park.

Please ensure your windscreen sticker is clearly displayed so you can be directed accordingly. If you are a new Member and your welcome pack which contains your windscreen sticker has not arrived with you yet, please show your Membership confirmation email to our car parking stewards instead.

We thank you for your understanding during peak times, and throughout the Eden Sessions, when you may be directed to alternative parking.

Yes. Please bring along a valid form of ID stating your date of birth and/or proof of being a full-time student, such as a TOTUM (formerly NUS Extra) or student ID card.

Between 26 December 2025 and 4 January 2026 Eden Project Members' can bring an additional two guests into the Eden Project for free, and get an enhanced 15% discount in all food venues and gift shops on site. This does not include purchases made in our online shop. 

All Members' must be accompanying their guests on arrival.

To claim 15% off purchases you must present your Membership card at the start of the transaction. 

Who can I bring?

Every Eden Project Member can bring two additional guests each for free, of any age every day. 

Children under the age of five get free entry to the Eden Project, with a maximum of four under 5s per accompanying adult. Under 5s must have a free pre-booked time slot to guarantee entry.

How do I book? 

Eden Project Members' do not need to pre-book for day entry. However, our Christmas Lights Experience and ice skating have an additional charge for all Members' and their guests, and will need to be pre-booked.

Can my guests stay for the Christmas lights? 

You and your guests are welcome to enjoy the festivities of our Outdoor Gardens and food venues right up until we close at 8pm with your free tickets, but you and your guests will need to book separate Christmas Lights Experience tickets if you would like to explore inside our sparkling Biomes after-dark.

Please note, the Biomes will close to day visitors at 3.15pm, and reopen for those with Christmas Lights Experience tickets at 4pm.

Is ice skating free for my guests?

No, all Eden Project Members' and their guests must book ice skating tickets using the exclusive Members’ 10% ice skating discount. We recommend pre-booking your session to avoid disappoint.

All listings will be on our Member events and offers page. Information about events is also always published in the Eden Magazine, but the best place to be kept up to date with our events listings is through our e-newsletters.

Please note that we have introduced a small booking fee of £2 per ticket for most of our Member events. This will be fully refundable upon attendance at the event, or if you give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will be unable to attend.

If you do not attend the event, or cancel your place with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will keep the booking fee as a contribution to our costs of running our events programme for Members.

Please note that discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once you have already paid.
