How to upgrade

Please contact us via the form below, so we can help you choose the best option and provide your personalised price to upgrade:

  • If you bought your Pass recently we can discount the full value from the cost of Membership. 
  • If you’ve had your Pass for between one and ten months we will give you a pro-rata discount.
  • If your Pass is approaching its expiry, we won't be able to offer you a discount, but we would love for you to join us as a new Member.

Your Membership will be available to use straight after the upgrade has been processed and will last for a full year.

Members bring our mission to life. Thanks to your support our charitable projects aim to stimulate, educate and empower, and reach from our own doorstep in Cornwall to continents around the world. 

Choose to set up an Annual Direct Debit and save 10%. Please note that your first year's Membership is paid for immediately, using a credit/debit card.

Become a Member

  • It's quick and easy to change your Locals' Pass to Membership. Join today by filling in our form and someone on the Membership team will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • As a Member, you no longer need to pre-book timed entry to visit Eden, and are guaranteed admission before last entry. Check our opening times.
  • You'll receive your welcome pack and Membership card(s) in the post within a few weeks of joining. Your email confirmation provides you with all the information you need to visit and how to take advantage of your Member benefits in the meantime.
  • When joining, please only provide the name and contact details of the Member/s (one for Individual, two for Joint) – this name will be printed on your Membership card.
