'Coming to Eden is the highlight of my week. It boosts me to get out of the house and see others. I always come away feeling happy and relaxed.'
Teresa

Many of our members have been part of the club for over a year now. We asked them about how the programme had impacted their life, and a 94% said their outlook had changed and they felt happier.

'My 91-year-old mother in law has been going every week for the last two years. She says it has changed her life.'

About social prescribing at the Eden Project

At the Eden Project we believe in the power of connecting people with each other and their environment – the power of people collectively doing things to improve their lives and the lives of others around them.

The Eden Lunch Club is part of Nature’s Way, a social prescribing programme that provides opportunities for people to connect and support each other in order to improve their health and wellbeing.

This programme is supported by the Pears Foundation and the Woodford Charitable Fund.
