This activity is part of:
Working with an expert arts practitioner from The Creative Gym here at the Eden Project, using plants and plant-based products, participants will have the opportunity to explore creativity for the enjoyment of making rather than focussing on the finished product.
'Coming to Eden is the highlight of my week. It boosts me to get out of the house and see others. I always come away feeling happy and relaxed.'

About social prescribing at the Eden Project
At the Eden Project we believe in the power of connecting people with each other and their environment – the power of people collectively doing things to improve their lives and the lives of others around them.
The nature art programme is part of Nature’s Way, a social prescribing programme that provides opportunities for people to connect and support each other in order to improve their health and wellbeing.
