About the offer

This Day Ticket can be purchased online, and costs £5 for adults and £1 for children. A very limited number of tickets may be available on the gate – we strongly advise pre-booking in advance online to avoid disappointment.

Thanks to your support our charitable projects aim to stimulate, educate, empower and reach from our own doorstep in Cornwall to continents around the world, and we do everything we can to make our global gardens and educational mission accessible to a wide range of audiences. This Day Ticket complements our existing offer of annual Locals’ Passes and Eden Project Memberships which offer excellent value to visit throughout the year.

Availability

A limited number of Universal Credit and Pension Credit Day Tickets can be bought online in advance or on the gate on the day of visit. Online bookings are strongly encouraged to ensure availability. Tickets are subject to availability.

Eden Projects reserves the right to withdraw this ticket offer at any point.

Validation

The offer is available for visitors receiving Universal Credit, Pension Credit or UK Legacy Benefits such as: Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Housing Benefit, Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), Child Tax Credits (CTC), Working Tax Credits (WTC) and Income Support. An ID or identifiable proof matching the details of the visitor as the recipient of one above listed will be required on arrival.

Refunds

Universal Credit and Pension Credit Day Tickets are non-refundable.

Start date and expiry

Day Tickets are valid for one day only. If booked online, the ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking.

Proof of eligibility

The offer is available for visitors receiving Universal Credit, Pension Credit or UK Legacy Benefits such as: Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Housing Benefit, income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), income-based Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), Child Tax Credits (CTC), Working Tax Credits (WTC), Income Support. An ID or identifiable proof of the visitor as the recipient of one above listed will be required on arrival. Find out how to get a proof of benefit letter. The proof of benefits letter must be dated within 12 months of the day of your visit.

Up to four people (two adults and two children 5-16) from the same household can benefit from this offer. Proof of age may be requested on the gate.

General use

Your Universal Credit / Pension Credit Day Ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and remains the property of Eden Project Limited. The Day Tickets are non-transferable. Day Tickets may be cancelled and the holder refused entry if the holder is unable to confirm proof of identity to match their Ticket or booking. Tickets may not be re-sold. Subject to availability. The Eden Project reserves the right to withdraw this ticket type at any point.

Yes, you can purchase these Day Tickets for up to two adults and two children 5-16 (under 5s go free) from the same household. Adult tickets cost £5, and children (5-16) cost £1 each. Children under 5 remain free all year round, but will still need a valid timed entry ticket. When booking online, please select the number of visitors that will come with you (up to a maximum of four visitors from the same household). Please note any other visitors will also need a valid form of admission.

All 2024/25 Locals' Passes are valid until 31 March 2025 and are not refundable. If you normally renew your Locals’ Pass via Direct Debit and would like to cancel it, please let us know before the next renewal date on 1 April 2025. We will notify you by email (or post if you have requested) about your automatic renewal at least 10 working days in advance of the renewal date, as agreed in the Direct Debit guarantee, and this will include details of how to cancel your Direct Debit if you wish to do so. After this day, pass holders can still cancel with their bank. This includes 1 April.

Please note that your Locals’ Pass gives you unlimited access to Eden Project up until 31 March each year, and this new ticket is only valid for one day.
