Where do sessions take place?
Walks begin promptly at 10.30am from the Visitor Centre. We advise you to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session to allow time for parking and check-in with your booking reference at the ticketing desks. The walks will explore different routes around the Eden Project and return to the Visitor Centre.

Why Eden Project?
The Eden Project has been welcoming walkers since 2005, when it was chosen as a venue for a group of people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), as it offers a challenging yet protected environment. Walks for people with diabetes, pre-diabetes and cardio-vascular conditions were added in 2016. After feedback from our walk leaders, the walks are now for anyone who would benefit from increased activity, accessing Eden Project's beautiful green gardens and being part of a supportive group. They are part of our Nature Connections Programme, with links to local and national social prescribing and other partner organisations.
