Can we have a band or DJ in the Mediterranean Biome?

Yes, this is no problem.

Can we bring flowers?

We're afraid not due to the possibility of plant contamination. We have fabulous Flower Fairies that work for the Eden Project that can source flowers locally and create fantastic displays and bouquets.

Can we bring our own wine/Champagne?

Yes you can and we charge corkage of £7.50 for wine and £8.50 for sparkling wine/Champagne.

Can the guests come to Eden before my wedding?

Yes they can but we advise that you do not let them so that the first time they see Eden it is set up for your wedding. We give guests tickets (which could double up as your favours) to come back in the day after your wedding.

Do our guests have to go through the Bakery in between the Biomes to get to our wedding?

No, we create an entrance just for the wedding party.

Will the bride and groom see each other before the wedding?

Not necessarily. If you prefer, we can ensure that they do not see each other before the wedding.

Can our guests leave their cars at Eden overnight?

Yes but we do not accept any responsibility for any damage or theft. People are also not able to sleep in their cars.

What time is the bar open until?

Our license is until 12.30am.

How do we get back to the car park at the end of the night?

We have a minibus on hand to take your guests back up to their cars.

Is site entry included for our wedding guests?

Yes, this is included.

Can we have confetti?

Sorry but no confetti is allowed at the Eden Project.

Can we provide our own catering?

Sorry but we do not allow this. We have a brilliant in-house team of chefs who can work with you to create a menu you are happy with. This includes catering for children and a variety of diets.

Can we have fireworks?

This is possible but an Eden preferred supplier must be used.

Can we have sky lanterns?

Sorry we don't allow lanterns in case they crash into the Biomes!

If we have our reception in the Gallery can we go to the Biomes and have pictures taken?

Yes as long as there is not another event taking place in either Biome. It would also only be possible for the bride and groom and immediate wedding party to go to the Biomes for pictures.

Can guests stay the night at Eden?

Yes, the YHA Eden Project hostel has a number of cabins available to book. Find out more here. We are also starting construction on the 109-bedroom Eden Project hotel, which should open in 2019.
