Based in Brighton and with a track record of working worldwide, his experience ranges from some of the earliest virtual reality patents (in the 1990s) to leading creation and build of high impact cultural venues worldwide. Originally trained in technical theatre arts, Blair focuses on building value in the cultural sector supporting creation of new institutions, never been done before exhibits, as well as environmentally sensitive construction projects.
